As an Influencer Manager on Dead by Daylight, you will play a key role in building meaningful, long-term relationships with creators while driving impactful influencer initiatives that support the game’s live-service ecosystem. Reporting to the Influencer Management Director, you will manage the day-to-day execution of the creator program and collaborate closely with internal partners to amplify community engagement and player-first experiences.
In this role you will:
• Analyze the creator landscape to identify and activate new creators and unlock new opportunities.
Oversee management of the Dead by Daylight creator program, including onboarding new creators and engaging in the Discords.
• Contribute to the Creator Program strategy, developing new approaches and ideas to grow and evolve the program.
• Actively engage with creators by providing opportunities, providing ongoing support, and managing evergreen programming.
• Advocate for creator initiatives to drive engagement, retention, and community growth.
• Partner with senior influencer stakeholders on paid activations and campaigns aligned with annual marketing plans.
• Support tracking and analysis of creator code performance and monetization impact.
What we are looking for:
• Proven experience managing influencer activations and creator programs within gaming or entertainment.
• Strong understanding of live-service and multiplayer games, with a player-first mindset.
• Proven ability to manage and execute strategy, set clear goals, and oversee campaign operations.
• Ability to analyze engagement metrics such as viewership, content output, and retention.
• Familiarity with Discord and Analytics platforms: (Level Up, Sprout, or equivalent).
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize your responsibilities.
