Your experience in software development will make all the difference in this role. As Project Director, you will play a key role within our engineering team to lead complex, multidisciplinary software projects, ensuring each initiative proceeds with rigor, innovation, and agility. Main Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end management of software development projects: scope, timeline, budget, and quality. - Understand technical challenges and development realities to better support teams and clients. - Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction at every stage. - Strategically plan resources and upcoming workloads. - Collaborate with sales for proposal and offer development. - Oversee deliverables, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to project profitability. - Actively participate in continuous improvement of development and project management processes. Qualifications - 10+ years of project management experience, including significant software development experience. - Bachelor's degree in software, electrical, mechanical engineering or equivalent. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and technical environments. - Bilingual French/English essential (clients and documentation). - PMP certification: an asset. Curiosity, rigor, and a desire to stay close to the technical floor to understand, challenge, and support teams.
