Litigation Associate - AI/Blockchain

The Merker Group is working with a leading Am Law 100 firm in Silicon Valley to find a mid to senior-level litigation associate with experience in all phases of complex commercial matters. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that values collaboration and handles sophisticated legal work.

This firm pays top of market compensation and bonus.

Required Experience:

• 4 to 7 years of experience managing complex, high-stakes litigation, with particular expertise in trade secrets, blockchain and cryptocurrency, or AI and other emerging technologies.
• Must possess a J.D. from a top law school and exceptional academics.
• Clerkship a plus, but not required.
• Prior Am Law 100, 200 or litigation boutique firm experience.
