What you will do
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality people operations that support employees across a global workforce. You will administer core HR processes, ensure compliance and data integrity, and serve as a trusted resource for our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment coordination and candidate experience processes.
- Administer day-to-day HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, benefits and leave coordination, and employee data management.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS systems and workflows.
- Draft and issue employment-related documentation.
- Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate employee data and timely processing.
- Assist with performance review cycles, engagement initiatives, and employee communications.
- Ensure employee records are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for common employee HR inquiries, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Maintain reporting and analytics for recurring people reports.
- Assist HR leadership with the consistent application of policies and procedures and support administering country-specific employment practices, policies, and documentation.
- Contribute to building programs that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
Who you are
You are a dependable and organized HR professional who takes ownership of your work and follows through. You are approachable, discreet, and you understand the balance between compliance and employee experience, communicating clearly with both employees and managers. You are proactive in identifying improvements and comfortable operating independently while collaborating closely with the broader HR team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of progressive general HR experience including recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals, employment law basics, and HR best practices.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary
Salary range is based on national benchmark data of comparable roles, skills and experience level. Exact compensation will be based on individual skills and experience, and location which will be assessed during the interview process.

Salary range: $101,000 - $141,000
