"Ocean Intersection" is a collection of 50 images, all 1/1s, celebrating the beautiful intersection as surfers meet the ocean.

Ever since I was young, I’ve been captivated by the emotions surfers have entering and leaving the water and compelled to find a way to share the energy and colors of that fleeting moment. Whether you’ve stood on a wave or watched from a distance, the symbiotic partnership between a surfer and wave is a beautiful relationship to observe. This series captures the perfect recipe I’ve searched for and will continue to chase for the rest of my life.

Just as a surfer seeks one last wave, I’ve spent the last 8 years chasing sunsets, swells, and capturing the aura of golden hour one day at a time. No two waves are alike, no two sunsets the same, and the combined forces of the two has become a recipe that’s fueled my love for photography. Euphoria on the walk in, gratitude on the way out, and the ride of a lifetime in between.
