Tasks in which you'll become an expert: - Providing professional assistance to retail customers arriving at the branch. - Financial advice regarding accounts, savings, and unsecured loans. - Introduction and support of digital banking channels (mobile app and online banking). - Understanding customer needs and recommending products that fit them. - Performing administrative tasks related to sales and cash desk processes. - Performing foreign currency and forint cashier duties, such as currency and foreign exchange transactions, ATM replenishment, cash balancing, or safe deposit management. This is for you if: - You have at least a secondary education. - You have dealt with customer management and sales in the past 5 years. - You want to build your career specifically in the banking sector. - You require continuous learning and development. - You would like to work with modern financial products and digital solutions. - You have outstanding communication skills and easily connect with different types of customers. - Besides your individual successes, you also keep your team's goals in mind.
