We're currently seeking an Associate Producer to join our team. As an Associate Producer on Dead by Daylight, you will be part of an innovative, multidisciplinary team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the product strategy is clearly communicated to the teams, so that production and alignment meet expectations. In addition, you will actively support team well-being by collaborating closely with leads and leadership. In this role you will: - In collaboration with the Producer and Directors, lead the teams in developing the game while respecting the framework, deadlines, and budget defined by the business objectives. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the teams while maintaining close communication with the game management team to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met. - Work closely with the Producer to identify sprints and the quarterly goals of the game. - Perform risk analyzes on a regular basis and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful development. - Ensure ongoing alignment between the product vision, execution priorities, and the teams’ actual capacity to enable predictable and sustainable delivery. - Guide and manage Project Managers and Team Leads to achieve their goals. What we’re looking for: - Have already made the development of a game from pre-production to its launch as an Associate Producer. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in the video game industry, including at least 5 years within a game production; - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience managing project managers and/or team leads. - Have shipped at least one game, or have experience working on a live game. - Data-driven and proficient in evaluating the team’s Workload vs. Capacity. - Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. A plus: - Have worked on areas such as player experience and/or UI and/or maps.
