Architect Concept Design Lead - Remote Job

<p> <strong>Headquarters:</strong> Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt </p> <p>We are seeking a highly creative and visionary Concept Architect to join our team. The Concept Architect will be responsible for the initial design phase of projects, bringing ideas to life through innovative architectural concepts. This role involves translating client needs and ideas into compelling architectural visions, combining functionality with aesthetics to ensure designs are both practical and visually stunning. </p><p>Key Responsibilities: </p><ul> <li>Design Development: Create original and imaginative architectural concepts based on client briefs and project objectives.</li> <li>Concept Visualization: Develop sketches, 3D models, and renderings to communicate architectural ideas effectively.</li> <li>Research &amp; Innovation: Stay informed about new materials, technologies, and trends in architecture and design to push the boundaries of creative solutions.</li> <li>Feasibility Studies: Conduct preliminary assessments of the feasibility of design concepts, including structural, environmental, and budgetary considerations. </li> <li>Presentation: Prepare and present architectural concepts to clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring designs meet both client expectations and regulatory standards. </li> <li>Revisions &amp; Adaptations: Make necessary revisions to the concept designs based on client feedback or changing project requirements. </li> <li>They should possess very good skills in producing 2D and 3D rendering softwares, besides using AI (artificial intelligence) for the same. </li> </ul> <p>Qualifications &amp; Skills: </p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or related field. </li> <li>Experience: 10-15 years of experience in concept design or architectural design. </li> <li>Skills: o Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite. o Strong understanding of architectural styles, materials, and trends. </li> <li>Ability to translate abstract ideas into tangible, visually appealing designs. </li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills. </li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. </li> <li>Portfolio: A strong design portfolio showcasing innovative architectural concepts. </li> </ul> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/ssc-hr-solutions-architect-concept-design-lead-remote-job">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/ssc-hr-solutions-architect-concept-design-lead-remote-job</a></p>
